At LV1 Studio, we want you to love your dgrayi and KST scents; however, due to the personal nature of beauty and fragrance products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
